Machinery Shop – Recondition works

BWTS – BALLAST WATER TREATMENT SYSTEM

As the IMO regulations require the installation of a WBT System, Shipping companies make their choice from various manufactures in the market based on their needs and criteria.

Our job is to install the system and fabricate all pipe lines from bottom to top including foundations, platforms, gratings, etc as per maker’s plans. …And we know our job very well…

Our company provides quality materials (pipes, flanges, gaskets, valves, etc) including their certificates.
Our Company is ISO certified for welding procedures. Welders are also ISO certified.

After reviewing the designs we proceed to the fabrications which take place in our premises at Pireaus Perama and Industrial Park of Schisto.

What follows next is an inspection and surface treatment as per vessel’s requirements.
Then all pieces are transported to the vessel or can be stored in our warehouse and delivered when needed.
Installations on board can take place at any port of call worldwide or occasionally en route.
